QI-GONG

Using slow gentle movements, Qigong opens the flow of energy in meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It is a mind-body-spirit practice helps you to relax and find clarity. My days tend to be very hectic, and I find a few minutes of this each day helps me to recenter my focus.
