This zucchini quiche recipe is quick to prepare and easy to freeze. Make it all summer long for brunches, gatherings and weekend mornings.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry with seeds sheet
- 2 zucchini
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of ham
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 slice of American cheese
Steps:
- Cut the zucchini and the ham
- Boil the zucchini
- Once the zucchini are ready, mix them together with the ham, the egg and the parmesan cheese
- Roll out the puff pastry and put it inside a baking pan
- Pour the mixture inside the pastry and roll the edges
- Add the American cheese on top
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°
