My love of chorizo and butter-bean-based university budget

Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (diced)
- 200g chorizo (thinly sliced)
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 400g butter beans (drained)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 onion (finely diced)
- 2 teaspoons garlic granules
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soured cream
Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C
- Add all of the above into an oven-proof dish with a lid (to retain moisture)
- Cook for 2 hours (or until peppers are soft and meat is breaking apart)
- Serve in a bowl with crusty bread
Serves 4-6 (depending on how much your loved ones enjoy it)
