Another “dip” recipe. Hope you enjoy!
- 400g of Greek yoghurt (10% fat)
- 1 grated cucumber
- 2-3 crashed and tightly minced garlic cloves
- Minced dill (or other herb(s) if you don’t like dill)
- Splash of lemon juice
- 2 splashes of olive oil
Slightly squeeze the grated cucumber to get rid of excess water.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper according your taste.
Recipe perfectly complements Lan’s Vegetarian Moussaka
Alternatives to dill are coriander, chive, persil (anything you like, basically) !
