INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
Sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp seasoning powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic powder
- 1 tsp chopped onion powder
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
STEPS
- Mix ingredients for the sauce.
- Marinate the ground pork in the sauce.
- Form into patties.
- Grill or fry with 1 tsp olive oil until golden brown.
